1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Strong Haul, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Who Can Use Strong Haul
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts in Ghana. Business accounts must be registered entities.
3. Owner Responsibilities
Owners listing vehicles must ensure all information is accurate, vehicles are roadworthy and properly insured, and all required documents are valid. Strong Haul reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these terms.
4. Hirer Responsibilities
Hirers are responsible for providing accurate job details, treating owners and their equipment with care, and agreeing any booking, job payment, or cancellation terms directly with the owner.
5. Direct Contact & Payments
Strong Haul currently facilitates discovery, inquiries, and owner contact for hirers. In-app checkout and escrow for jobs are not active yet, so job payment arrangements are made outside the platform between hirers and owners. Owner subscription payments are handled through Paystack.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by the agreement made directly between the hirer and owner. Strong Haul may help record or review disputes, but does not currently hold funds.
7. Limitation of Liability
Strong Haul is a marketplace platform and is not liable for damages, losses, or disputes arising between owners and hirers. We facilitate connections — we are not a transport company.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the new terms.
